January 2011 Message from Marina

I wanted to tell you, "Thank for your support and prayers for me".

In January 2011, I returned on a missionary trip to the Dominican Republic. In a small town at Villa Atlasgarcias, God led me, while I was praying in the Holy Spirit, to take a burden for Deaf children and adults. I taught 54 Deaf people God's word about obeying Him through the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:11-17). I also taught the blessings for obeying Deuteronomy 28:1-7. In Jesus Name Amen. The Deaf people were excited to learn God's Word. I saw many Deaf people, and it made me cherish them so much. I experienced GOD's presence and power. Later, I became very sick for two days, but I did not get sick with a fever. God raised me up. God helped me to heal while I taught them in the classroom. That is GOD's Miracle!

I will be returning to the Dominican Republic in January 2012, and will stay for two months. My heart is deeply burdened for this mission trip. God has led me to establish a Deaf school in the small town of Sabana. Please pray and support me. Please send your donation to Loving Hands Ranch and designate it "Marina's Deaf Missionary Trip".

God bless you for your generosity.

International Ministry

Loving Hands Ranch hosts Marina Garcia as a missionary to Deaf children in the Dominican Republic.

Marina Garcia graduated from the Evangelism Training Center located in Sulphur, Oklahoma.  Upon graduation, Marina began a series of trips to the Dominican Republic.

Marina and her friend Dana Sandlin have established a Deaf school in the town of Neiba.

Marina and Dana outside their school.  The sign in Spanish reads "School for the Deaf".

Without this school, these Deaf children would have no opportunity for an education and might never hear about Jesus.

Marina teaches a class.

We have received many uplifting reports from Marina's missionary efforts.  The Neiba Deaf School has grown from 11 to 29 students in a few months.

Marina's Deaf class has grown considerably.

Marina returns to the USA each summer to help with our camps.

Marina works under the organizational umbrella of Loving Hands Ranch.  She is accountable to our director and our board for her funds and her activities.

   Matthew 28:18-20

Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, Baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

The Dominican Republic is in the Caribbean.  It occupies the eastern part of the island of Hispaniola.  Haiti occupies the western part of this island.

Neiba is in the west of Santo Domingo.  Neiba is sometimes spelled Neyba.  Click on the map above for a larger version.
