Loving Hands Ranch is a ministry to Deaf children.

Loving Hands Ranch hosts summer camps for Deaf children and Deaf teens.

Loving Hands Ranch sits on the outskirts of Sulphur, Oklahoma.  Sulphur is home to the Oklahoma School for the Deaf.  The flowing springs and hiking trails of the Chickasaw National Recreation Area are right next door.

An associate from Loving Hands Ranch is reaching out to the Deaf in the Caribbean nation of the Dominican Republic.

Loving Hands Ranch is not affiliated with any denomination but draws support from many true Christian believers and congregations.

Loving Hands Ranch is directed by Tim and Ann Moore. The governing board is made up of some Deaf members and some hearing members.  All board members are fluent in sign language.
